Refund/cancellation policy -  Once I have your firearm for repair and you are given a quote, Parts prices are your responsibility.  There are no refunds for parts needed to repair.  Work has a 1 year guarantee or free repair to make your item right.  All firearms are checked prior to return after a repair.

I do not ship items.  I do receive items in your behalf.  It is your job to notify me of tracking information.

Terms and Conditions -Advanced notice is required prior to appointment to use credit so I can produce an invoice.  .

Privacy policy - I do collect personal information in Accordance with ATF and Wisconsin DOJ.  All information is kept locked.
